I was looking for a 2nd barber to cut my hair. Sometimes, my original barber is very busy, and he's closed on certain days. I decided to go to Great Clips. To my surprise, I was very pleased with the way my hair turned out. Thank you, Geri for hooking me up! See you next time.

First time at this great clips clean quick and the staff was friendly didn't catch her name but she knew everybody that that walked in a knew everything about them just that touch that makes people feel good

Went to Cross Keys shop in MO .... The stylist Nikki was excellent .... She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it .... I only had to tell her one time how I wanted it .... Unlike stylist at the Grandview location that I had to explain what I wanted several times .... The estimated wait time at Grandview was 73 minutes .... It could be because the stylist there is talking on her ear buds .... Cross Keys MO gets a 10 and Grandview MO gets a 4 ....
