Our AC was making a noise. We called Goldkamp and they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. The technician Diego was very knowledgeable and helpful. After the part came back in Diego and another technician Sam came back out to install the coil. They were very professional and courteous. Going forward Goldkamp is our go to company. Quicker response than I could have expected under the conditions we had at the time. Everyone I spoke or texted with has been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. This is the only HVAC company I'll ever call again.
I don’t ever leave Google reviews but everyone needs to know how wonderful this company is. From the office staff to the installers, this company treats you like a person and not just a customer. Our AC died and this company went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during the heat of the summer while waiting for new parts. They also made sure to get my nest thermostat to work with our new system. This is a fantastic company. Would highly recommend!
