Dr. Bruce and his staffs thorough service on my English Labrador was ABOVE and beyond any service my previous pets received at VCA hospitals. The ladies at the VCA said his booty glands didn't need expressing. Dr. Bruce found his anal glands very much needed to be expressed. He recognized his allergies & got him on meds & recommended some topical shampoo to help. VCA doctor barely touched him & barely spent 2 seconds looking in his ears. Dr. Bruce found some very painful looking ear infections. Just like with human doctors, don't settle for less for your loved ones. Love the office staff and dr k!! We've been going to this vet since 2016 based on a neighbors recommendation and don't regret a single visit. I even continued using him while living out of the area as our go to vet!!

Everybody was courteous and nice + the vet went above and beyond for my 13 year old cat. I was very worried but we left out very happy. Only downside was a 25 minute wait inside the room, but I’m definitely going back.
