Worse dentist office ever & I never even made it to my appointment! So I made an appointment about a month & a half ago. my ori appointment was 3 weeks agai but it got canceled twice so to issues within the office. So when I finally do get an appointment they call me maybe 2 days prior to confirm my appointment & send over new patient forms. They adviced me to complete the forms before I came (which I did) but they never said it had to be completed the day before. So I completed the forms the morning of my appointment which was at 3:30pm. At 12pm the office manager said that they couldn't see the pic of my insur card & I informed her I couldn't find the actual card but all my information is on there. She goes to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment because they need a picture & it was too late to confirm my insurance because they were working on other people's information at the time...Yea keep the appointment! I don't even want it at this point.

I called the dentist to schedule. My appointment was cancelled before, and I had to go to another dentist to get routine cleanings. My daughter is 15 years old, and Dr. Weber has been awesome to my children. He has cared for her since she was about 4 years old. The office staff were always awesome. She explained to me that it is under new management now. The new management Tierra is very unprofessional and trash. The way she speaks to a customer is insane. Due to a phone call I just had to schedule my children and I, and the way she conducts herself. I will never walk in there and deal with that type of service. Who argues or tries to go back and forth with the customer. She throws in my face that I have not kept up with routine exams. When Soft touch canceled, and I had to go elsewhere. She told me she is the office manager, and no one is above her. This has always been a nice establishment and it is amazing how the lower-level staff can make a place go down.

I heard great things about this dentist. The staff was great until I missed an appointment because I thought it was the following week. Yes it was my mistake due to a different work schedule. But when I asked to reschedule they said the couldn't. Honestly I understand scheduling issues bc I have medical experience. But things happen. And I would have paid a fee bc I missed the appointment. I'm so glad that their staff never makes a mistake. I guess I will never find out how good the dentist.
