After a bad hail storm hit the area, we made 2 calls: one to our insurance company, one to Copal. There wasn’t much we had to do after that. Copal came out to assess the property, came out again to walk through with the insurance adjuster, and before we knew it, we were picking out shingles and were put in the books for a new roof! The work crew was great! Both our house and detached garage were able to be completed in one day. It was a very seamless process. We highly recommend!
