Steve came to our home, measured meticulously and answered all of our questions. Mary Ann couldn't have been lovelier and took her time helping us pick out samples based on what we wanted. When it came to install day, Tony was fabulous. Our stairs are not uniform as we live in a 100+ year old house, but Tony was again meticulous and answered all of our questions and the final product completely exceeded all of my expectations. After posting my concerns below, Kathy from Aladdin Chem-Dry contacted me and asked if they could come back to give the remaining stains another try. They did, and Tim really worked hard to re-clean the trouble spots. In fact, he re-did even more than I'd asked. Better yet, Tim offered to come back and give it another go if any of the stains re-appeared. In my mind, that's a stand-up business.

Original review: Immediately after the cleaning, everything looked great. The hardest carpet stains were still visible, but less so than before cleaning. Now more than a week later, many of the original stains in both carpet and upholstery are re-emerging. Not sure what happened in between the day of cleaning and now. The service person worked super hard on the job, so it isn't an issue of effort. I wish I'd known what to expect from the end result.“
