I attempted to return a belt within hours of purchase for "store credit only" (printed on the receipt) for "resealable" items. The clerk admitted that "store credit only" should've been deleted and refused to honor the return policy they have in PRINT. Oh...and thanked me for "teaching" her as if they won't continue to operate with such a lack of integrity. Take your business to a business that already knows to run a business. Beauty Expo is NOT that business and won't get my anymore of mine!

I live out of town now and came into the store on 11/22/2022 with my mom because I use to shop there when I lived here years ago. My mom opened a product to make sure it was the correct item and the lady behind the counter snatched it out of my mother's hand and yelled get out. I know you shouldn't be opening products but if we planned on purchasing it no matter what, there should not have been an accusation of her thinking we were trying to steal anything from that store. Then she came over to me grabbed me and the item I was holding and yelled saying I don't want you to shop here. First and foremost Don't ever Put your hands on anyone especially me.
