I wanted to love Babel, but
there are issues. First issue they will quote you one price, then when it's time for you to sign they will have upped the charge. Second cat fighting. Yelling at each other actively pursuing the disagreement etc. Once I made a bad choice of hair. It was my mistake. Instead of telling me that. They went right ahead and braided it in having me look a hot mess. Still smh.

NEVER USE THE WALK-IN SERVICE!
I’ve used this shop a few times in the past with booked appointments, and overall I’d rate their braiding about a 7 out of 10. The ladies I worked with before were always respectful, friendly, and did good work.
This time, I decided to try their walk-in service for a simple braid touch-up. When I first walked in, they told me the braider I wanted would be back at a certain time. The young woman at the front even called someone, and she was told to tell me to return at that time.
