They absolutely ruined a linen dress I had just bought. I showed the lady working there and she assured me that a manger would call. It’s been a week and a half and I have not received a call. I stopped in today and was told the owner would call me by Wednesday. It’s going to be a big ordeal to be reimbursed for my dress. Absolutely ridiculous.
