Donna is an excellent instructor! Her classes are challenging, but fun! I leave her classes feeling stronger and knowing that I just went through an exceptional workout. I highly recommend her!!
The instructors at this studio are phenomenal! If you have not taken, Donna Allen-Freese’s hot yoga class on Sunday morning, your mind, body and soul are truly missing out! If you are looking to build a great workout platform and lifelong workout buddies, you need to start going to the studio!
