I rented a bounce house slide combo with this company, and had an amazing experience. The delivery went smooth, and there was clear consistent communication throughout the entire process. We had so much fun with it, and it was a great rental for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. This company will be my go to from now on for rentals, and will be my number one recommendation!
The best experience ever! First time renting a bounce house. They made it so easy, and I think super affordable. We’ve tried buying and taking our own smaller version. This blew it out of the water! They were friendly as well! 10/10 would recommend for a kids party or anything! Absolutely amazing company! We will be renting again!
I was looking for a place to rent a bounce house, obstacle course, water slide for my son’s 8th birthday party. Twin City Party Rentals was excellent from the beginning to end. They were very communicative even when we had to move the time of the party due to my son’s soccer game. They dropped it off 3 hours early at no extra charge and even let us keep it overnight at no extra charge too. Their ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and they made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing.
I would highly recommend this company for all your bounce house, water slide needs. My rating : BEST
