Very friendly nurse practitioner listened to what I was saying and I feel she went above and beyond, and because of her, my son is feeling better. We need more providers like her, thank you!

When I arrived at urgent care in festus Mo I thought I would be there all night even though I pre-registered but I only waited until my time and they took me back to a room, I was in so much pain I just wanted some help. I explained to them what I had going on they did some exrays but felt that if they did anything it may cause more harm, so they informed me on what to do and information on someone who may be able to help, and the whole time they were so sympathetic with the pain I was going through.

They were quick to get me in and out and they listened to all my concerns. They were very helpful and answered my questions and made sure that I understood my plan of care before I left. Thank you!
