I called with questions months ago and received such warm and kind advice from the person I spoke to that they were our first choice when our septic needed pumping. The operator arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time, worked efficiently and carefully, kept us updated on the status, and the rates were very fair for the service. We’ll be sticking with Superior from here on out! Thank you!!
My experience with Superior Sewer & Plumbing Company was excellent. I was informed about every part of the work and received quick answers to my questions. Most importantly, I was working under a tight deadline because the sale of my home was about to close. The entire staff, from administration to the tradespeople, was phenomenal. I recommend Superior to anyone who needs sewer or plumbing services.
Service tech arrived on time and provided a cleaning and scope of our sewer line.
Technician was knowledgeable about what he saw and communicated his findings in a very understanding way.
