Called to set up an estimate appt. I was informed right away that it would be 2-3 weeks before someone could come out to look and then 2-3 months before they could do the work and if I still wanted to proceed I could be transferred to someone’s voicemail to set up an appt. Why in the world would I even want to do business with you? Seriously consider rethinking how you answer your phones to new potential customers. You lost our business and I’m sure you will continue to lose more if you keep on telling customers this same story.

I worked there back in the 80s for Norbert,Yokie,Bean I'm 57 now and I've never met a better bunch and may I say Norbert ,Bean , Yokie were Rite beside there men in the hot boiling sun.They were the hardest working men I've ever met in my entire life.They taught me as a kid what being a man is all about.I still to this day tell my children and grandchildren about these great men.I will never forget them.On hot days like this they are the first thing that "Pops into my mind.Definitely a honest company and will treat you as there family.
