Fantasy Pools have been a great business to deal with. My family have been customers for years. Great business and Katie the manager is great to deal with. Huuuuuge shout out to Fantasy Pools. My 33 ft round above ground pool had a mustard algae that I could not figure out how to get rid of. I went to Fantasy Pools and was advised how to get rid of this horrible algae. Fantasy Pools advised me exactly what to do. It took an extreme amount of patience and amazing help from my 3 sons and one of my amazing daughters in law.
It took 3 days but my pool is now crystal clear. They did not sell me anything that I did not need to remedy the problem. I only bought extra liquid shock and 2 bottles of filter cleaner (all of which I use anyway! Thank you, thank you, thank you Fantasy Pools!
There are two people that have restored my faith in buying from FP again. Went in this weekend to pick up our off season pool cover and Patti B and Mindy were awesome!
