Not all hero’s wear capes. D&M sent out two guys to diagnose and get the job going and then scheduled to finish the remaining jobs at my convenience. The entire time they were here from entry until they left they were extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. I was completely comfortable with the electricians in my home both days. They’re extremely friendly and accommodating-from working around kids and animals in the home, to working around other home professionals all the way to accepting a card. 10/10 experience. Honestly, I was out a babysitter that day and if Jeremy had offered to stay with them an hour I’d have happily paid his going rate. 😂 Also worth noting that Don came out to check the work and speak to me as well as check in frequently to make sure everything was perfect! Super considerate & trustworthy guy!
Don and Russ are the most honest, straight-forward amicable professionals who seem to treat you and your electrical needs like they would their own family. It feels good to have your "go-to" electrician... They drove to my gravel country house in the midst of an epic icy cold after the first crew slid into a ditch earlier!!!! What amazing fellas!!!!!
