Thank you for a job well done. Tyler got our Ac unit repaired quickly. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. The cost was way less than we were expecting. We will definitely call again if we ever need any work done. We greatly appreciate it.
AC quit cooling, called Bone Heating and Cooling. Technician Devon responded that evening and added Freon. Which only lasted about a day and a half. Another call and he quickly responded and found leaks in a-coil. Offered a couple of options and helped us decide to replace 16 year old system instead of spending money fixing old. Very helpful and knowledgeable, then assisted in getting a great installation team(Braxton and Luke) to get here while temperatures were down a bit and do an excellent job of installing our new system, cleaning up, explaining new equipment, and making sure it worked to our satisfaction. I had a great experience with this company. Austin, the technician who came out was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions and was great to do business with. I highly recommend this company. I signed up for the annual Maintenance plan as well.
