They are helpful enough. I originally wanted an MD, but they asked if I would be okay with an NP. I said yes at the time. I was not impressed by their NP’s (Nash) methods so I asked to switch to an MD; even if that required coming in as a “new patient” again. They told me I was not allowed to switch and that I would have to go to another facility. Be mindful if they rope you in with the same offer.

I see Amie Nash and I have always had a wonderful experience. The office staff and nurses are friendly and they get you in quickly. And Amie really is amazing. I don't feel rushed with her. She asks questions face to face rather than working down a screen. She takes time to answer my questions in a meaningful way. And she really listens. Her willingness to invest the time to build a real conversation, her sincerity and her competency leave me feeling heard and cared for after every visit.

I have been a patient since 1997 with Dr Gene and Amy Nash, NP. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have referred many of my family and friends over the past 20 years! Wonderful Physicians!
