About BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing
BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing is a great company that provides professional, friendly, and trustworthy service. They take their time to locate the issue and provide options to repair and resolve it. The team, including Terrence and Terry, is kind, courteous, and competent, going above and beyond to complete jobs like installing a new water heater and pressure tank, even getting extra parts when needed. Charles installed a garbage disposal quickly and did a great job. They replaced a whole water line in one day, and fixed a shower handle and appliances with immediate response and communication. The work is done correctly and promptly, with helpful hints for best performance. Customers are very happy with the results and highly recommend calling these gentlemen.
TERRENCE AND TERRY CAME OUT AS THEY SAID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, YET, NOT TO THE POINT OF BEING INHUMAN. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PUT IN A NEW WATER HEATER AND PRESSURE TANK. EXTRA PARTS WERE NEEDED AND THEY DID NOT HESITATE TO GO GET THEM AND DO THE JOB. BOTH GUYS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND TRUST WORTHY IN DOING A GREAT JOB. I GOT BUSINESS CARDS FROM THEM BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN PAYING IT FORWARD IF SOMEONE IS GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. FROM FIRST CALL TO JOB FINISHED, THEY WERE GREAT. THANK YOU GUYS. DON'T HESITATE TO CALL THESE GENTLEMEN....
Charles installed my new garbage disposal on Memorial Day (5-27-24). He was nice, friendly, courteous, professional and did a great job pretty quickly. The disposal is working like it should and I'm happy with BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing.
I had to have my whole water line replaced under my house. They came out and did the work in one day. I was very happy with the work they did and will be using them again in the future.
