This place is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time and is nervous about coming. The workout is great too!
I don’t think I could ask for better coaches and community. They truly want to make each individual better. They not only help you hit your goals but make you feel like family as well, which keeps me coming back. Don’t give it a day, but give it a week or month and you’ll see what I’m taking about and stay.
We LOVE XtraMile Fitness. The gym is great (very clean), the workouts are challenging but “scale-able,” and the coaches are really friendly. I’ve been to several CF gyms where you feel like the coaches are critiquing your form the entire time, but the XM Fitness coaches are wonderful about providing just enough feedback and a lot of encouragement.
