    I called to cancel my membership in Sept because I was moving out of State and they don’t have an office where I moved, the closest office is 3 houses away. I have 10 hours of time accumulated over this year that I haven’t been able to use due to COVID. The receptionist I spoke with told me she would cancel my membership. I expressed that I would use the remaining hours when I came to town to visit. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that my membership wasn’t canceled and I owed two months pay before I could use my hours in the books.     I have been trying to cancel my membership since March 24, 2020. I got a response on March 24th from someone who tried to talk me into freezing my account for another monthly fee. I replied on March 25, 2020 and declined that offer and said I wanted to cancel my account. I did not get a response and they continued to bill me. I emailed 2 more times (4 in total) and I have never heard back. I've also tried to call- no response. I am now owed $94.40. I will be contacting the Missouri Attorney General.

    I left a message at the site of cotteville Mo. in addition I called the corporate office. It sent me to a voicemail of a “Paul” it did say in the message say it was massage luxe I still left a message. Why are they still billing me for a service they can’t complete because of covid? I am not working either.
