I’m not sure if the technician woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. The technician / owner of the company who came out was very unprofessional for a customer facing job. I come with very minimal electricity experience and every question I had he was very defensive and aggressive with his answers.
Prior to the visit, I called numerous times, emailed, and texted to change my appointment time and never received a response or anything.
He did ask for payment before doing any work, unlike other contractors who have come out from the home warranty company.

The customer service is not great at all, No courtesy or respect for the customer. they don’t pick up their phone. When you reach one person they are dismissive. My one star is only for customer service, not how well they work. Good Luck with these people.
Very unprofessional. Asked for payment before even looking around, did not introduce himself, no logo on clothing or truck, no receipt for cash service, no business card, no tools. In home less than 10 minutes. I called their office Tim the owner and he hung up on me. Zero work performed. I would give Zero stars but not available. Stay away from this unsympathetic rude do called company.
