Dishwasher stopped working middle of December. I got to the end of my YouTube troubleshooting expertise and called them. Earliest appointment I could get was 12/24 Christmas Eve. A technician (Zack) had extra time in his schedule on the 22nd and we were able to make that day work. Came to the house, identified the problemed and ordered the part (water inlet valve). They got the part 2 days later and set up an install appointment on the 26th. Dishwasher is working like new again! I am floored buy the negative low ratings and the complaints . I have a couple of friends that have and currently use this company and they absolutely love them! and I happen to be there while they came for their appointment. I thought they were amazingly decent on their prices (I mean nothing is cheap or free)It took the technician Ricky about 5 minutes to figure out the problem and he had the part ordered and was there to fix the next day.I recommend and will always personally use St Louis Appliance Repair.Give them a call first you won't be disappointed.
