Today I had an ultrasound of my thyroid. The ultrasound tech that performed my ultrasound was in his third week of clinicals. His name was Jack K.
He was so sweet and so kind, and he explained everything. He was caring and thorough and listened to me and then answered all of my questions.
I’m so glad to see Someone like him entering into our medical field for the future. Thank you Jack!!!
Kristen in the imaging center was phenomenal. I was so nervous about my ultrasound since having such a bad experience the last time I had one done. She was so nice and answered all of my questions. This girl is great at her job and is outstanding at talking to people to make them feel comfortable. Thank you Kristen!
Checking in was simple. They're very nice and check ins are done privately so I don't feel like everyone is hearing all my info. On this day I got an ultrasound. They were quick and sensitive to what I have going on. Overall, after going other places and having things to compare this experience to, I would easily recommend them over other places.
