Grateful to Rottler and my pest technician Kirkland Johnson for helping me with a cockroach problem in my home. They set me up quickly and were able to come address the problem on the first visit. I felt very comfortable with Kirkland in my home and he educated me and pointed things out about my situation. They sprayed same day and haven’t seen a cockroach since. I would definitely recommend them and this technician.

Very professional and easy to work with service professionals, to get needed results in a timely manner. I also like how they notify you several days ahead of your service day, in case you need to make a schedule change or let them know of any additional concerns you may need them to address when they come. That way, if they need any additional equipment they will know and they can let you know ahead of time if that issue is going to be an additional fee, as it is out of the scope of your current contract.
