They replaced our tile floor with vinyl flooring in our kitchen in the fall of 2024. By spring of 2026 the floor was cracking in certain areas. They came out and inspected and realized that it was installed incorrectly and replaced flooring completely at 0 cost to us. Mistakes happen and how a business responds and makes it right is what is important. Iconic stand behind their work. They WILL be the first ones I call when I have a future project.
We just had new flooring throughout the whole house and both the kitchen and bath remodeled. We were impressed with Iconic Kitchen and Bath from the first meeting to discuss the scope of the project to the design phase all the way through the construction phase. Everyone was professional and treated our home with respect. All the workers were pleasant to work with. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and imaginatively ending with a beautifully finished kitchen and bath. We are very happy with the end results and would not hesitate to use them again for another project.
