Took my daughter for a quick trim, and that is exactly what happened. Didn't know what to expect, because I never get my hair cut, but didn't make an appointment, walked in, got asked immediately what we were there for and within the next 2 minutes my little girl was sitting in a chair and being provided the intended service. The result was as expected and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very good experience for us on the day we walked into the Fenton location. Exceeded my expectations in many ways. Stylist: Vickie is hands down the BEST stylist at the Fenton location. Many of the other stylists stand idol while patrons wait their turn for Vicki! Whatever you are paying her- isn’t enough!

There are some really good stylists and they keep notes on how you like your hair cut.Yoi can get a good haircut at a good price. However, there are inconsistencies between stylists. Some are better at interpretting what you want than others, even with notes. If you find a stylist you like, you can request them, but they don't take appointments.
