Neil Frank came out to inspect some foundation issues I was concerned about and did a great job. He was very professional and thorough with taking measurements and answering al questions. He determined that there was hno immediate need for foundation repairs, but did tell me about the benchmarking service they offer. Though no services were provided other than the inspection, everything felt honest and trustworthy.

Derek & Moises were both professional and courteous. Knowledgeable of their jobs and patient with explanations to our questions. They were on time and mindful of our property and the after clean up. I wish we had before and after pictures, but we are more than pleased and have many clients we will recommend FRS. Best OTIC Old Town Insurance Center

The waterproofing was performed both inside and outside of the house. As I have not had any serious storms since; I can't say that everything is working as it should. The foreman Greg was great to work with and rearranged some plans to better fit my needs to keep water out of my basement. The men worked really hard in very hot weather and were professional and nice. The one area that needs to be improved is communication with the office and supervisors.
