I had poison ivy and it was on my eye. I sent pictures to Dr. Hugo and they asked me to come to the office at 2:20. I got there at 2 and was called into the office by 2:10. Dr. Hugo spent time with me describing how I'm not contagious and then prescribed cream and medicine. At that point he took the time to ask me if I had anything else I wanted to discuss! Ive seen one of his assistants previously and got the same attention.
Have been coming here since 2019 and the nurses have always been so kind!! Wait times are never very long to be seen and I am usually out the door in less than 30 minutes for a checkup. They respond quickly every time and it is so convenient to text them for refills. I see Beth Weber every 6 months and she is wonderful!
I have been going here for a few years and have never had a complaint. I usually see Beth she is great. I have only seen Dr johnson once she was good too. I am confident seeing a practitioner with my current health needs and seeing the same person every time makes me more comfortable. They are busier than when I first started seeing them but that is health care today. Office staff are friendly and competent. My husband and grown son now also go here.
