Aaron Conner was very involved in all aspects of the job from the initial bid to completion - he provided exceptional communication by phone and text even texting on weekends when most companies are trying to avoid work. He came by to inspect the job his crews were doing and called them back to fix a couple of things until he was satisfied that it met his expectations. He dealt with our insurance company to get additional items approved that the adjuster had overlooked. He did not ask for any money until the work was done and we were completely satisfied. Very good work and a truly pleasant experience. There was a slight delay in receiving the shingles (we ordered a popular color), but our Sales Rep (Chris Connor) kept us constantly posted and the delay was brief. I contacted Connor Roofing after finding them online after a brief search and I used them after reading the numerous 5-star posts. I wasn't disappointed and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic service and products. I got five estimates from five highly-rated businesses. One smaller business had an affordable bid, but stopped working in my area. Another smaller business walked away when I said I didn't want a sales pitch and wouldn't sign that day. Yet another smaller business was $6K more than the others, but offered the exact same products and services. One large business had a slick sales pitch, but had some significant complaints about quality. In contrast, Conner just stood on their reputation for quality.
