Rob was great. He identified our issue quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He went out of his way to get the job finished before a big round of rain moved in. Price was more than fair. Highly recommended.

I contacted Chimneys Unlimited regarding cleaning of my direct vent gas fireplace. Ray called and after he shared his 37 years of experience, his phone questions and I felt confident with his knowledge and explanation that I followed his recommendation that the service was not necessary at this time. He was willing to make the service call but thought he would just be taking my money, which I appreciated.

100% Customer Service.Was having difficulty getting our gas fire place pilot lit, and I requested a service call (Just wanted to get it working for the upcoming holiday and incoming visiting family). Rob has never met me but literally takes time out of his day to facetime me and walk me through a couple of mechanical issues and gets our fire up and running.... And Kindly wished me a Merry Christmas, and said he was glad to save me a service call. WHAT?? In today's age, that kindness and professionalism is rarely found.
