I had an interior drain system and sump pump put in. I am very happy with the crew and the work that was performed. This is my second house I’ve used Atlas and Mike and the team are a great company. Very responsive and committed to good work.

We were noticing racks in our drywall and were concerned we might be having foundation issues since we live on a hillside and have to be vigilant about erosion. We called three companies for estimates. The first one came out and spent an hour taking a look at our foundation with some laser equipment, after which they told us we needed piers at a cost of $15k plus., although we could get a discount if we signed a contract the same day. I'm always leary of companies that pressure you to sign right away. They seemed very nice and honest and we signed a contract but I told them the next day I wanted to cancel because we had two other bids scheduled and I have to say they did not give me a hard time about it. Atlas came out the next week and the owner inspected the foundation, doors and windows and said the foundation was solid but there might be issues with the back porch support beams that we might want to have looked at. His company doesn't do that kind of work, so we did end up talking with another company, but I was so impressed with the owner's honesty. If you think you may have foundation problems I would highly recommend calling Atlas if you're looking for knowledgeable, honest work.

Mike and his people are great!!!! He came out to our house and took the time to explain what we needed and why we did not need what the other companies suggested. Mike saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. We were so happy with Mike and the workmanship of his team we just hired him to lift my father's porch.Can't go wrong with Atlas if you need foundation work.
