Dr. Payne examined my four doggies expertly and gently. He provided hepful information to me. One of my dogs required a muzzle, and Dr. Payne handled even that disagreeable dog with kindness.
Howard County Veterinary staff have provided expert and compassionate care for my dogs and cats for 20 years. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary care for their pets.
