I would give one star but my past experience was nothing like today. I arranged and an appointment the day before for a 4:00pm next day and lo and behold they didn’t even have us on their schedule. We waited for and hour plus hoping it was all a mistake and we’d be seen but nothing. We ended up leaving because of the discrepancy. Shame on them for allowing such an issue. Made me feel like it was all my fault and said it was a surprise we even had the appointment in the first place. Everywhere has been closed for the holidays to. This is not so much a review as a suggestion for them. Their hours state they are open 8:00am-8:00pm, that is not exactly the truth. I went there today around 11:30am and was told that they had stopped seeing patients for this morning but come back at 2:00pm and I could be seen then. That makes absolutely no sense to me. I don't understand why a convenient care clinic would not see patients for several hours. How is that convenient?
I feel they should update their hours to reflect the times that they are not seeing patients.

Very professional and understanding. From beginning to end, there was no problems. Lady at front desk was outstanding with everything. Doctor came in and actually listened to my problem, that i was having with my ear, looked at it, had a nurse fix it right away and doctor looked at it again and said it's way better. Younger doctor, but very professional. Wish I could give more stars
