“I am sincerely grateful for the 2 women in their office being direct and honest with me and my old, old furnace and self. I have an old furnace from the 50s and they said they might not be able to revive it. The polite young man that showed up was hopeful. They fixed my furnace immediately. Said they had worked on 4 or 5 so far this dreadful cold snap. They helped me just in the nick of time w. the temp dropping to below freezing and minus degrees yesterday and for the next 8 days.
