Randi came in clutch after I had my hair cut at another salon at the recommendation of a friend, who has always done wonderful work with her. I had it cut on a Thursday and wasn’t thrilled with the end results so I messaged Hairapeutic on a Friday night asking for a little help getting it straightened out, literally. I had an appointment scheduled for the following Thursday and Randi reached out and offered to squeeze me in earlier because she didn’t want me to go all weekend with a cut I wasn’t happy with. It was my first time at Hairapeutic, but Randi took the time to talk to me, figure out what I wanted, and then came up with an action plan that she executed beautifully. She came in and saved the day (and my anxiety) with her compassion, professionalism, personality, and most of all, her skill. I am beyond happy with the end results and would recommend Hairpeautic to anyone looking for a stylist!
