Myers, Florida after Hurricane Ian.Before we arrived we were in contact with Rob Corley to arrange an estimate, but our house keys were with our friends in Cape Coral. Rob requested our friend’s contact information and met them in Cape Coral to pick up our keys. He then went to our home to provide us with a timely remediation estimate. His offer to get our keys before we arrived, saved us several critical days in initiating the restoration. We are very grateful to Rob for going out of his way to get our keys.Once work began on our home Rolla ServPro manager Dalton Crum, and his crew were efficient, dedicated and professional throughout the five days of our restoration. Throughout the week, Dalton kept us appraised, not only of the work, but of his and his crew’s arrival times and project status. This crew has the capacity and eagerness to think-on-their-feet and work through problems as they arise. Dalton’s communications were excellent, with timely texts, and phone calls explaining project status and arrival times of he and his crew. The dress and appearance of he and his crew were professional, and as neat and clean as could be expected under the circumstances. Dalton was polite, courteous and articulate in all his communications with us.
