Butler Supply, whatever you pay Cotton, it’s not enough. He took a very bad situation that happened at another location and turned it into a great experience. He should be teaching other locations how to treat customers and provide top notch service.

What started with losing a customer because of the Maryville, IL location turned into earning a customer for life. Thank you again, Cotton.

Best electrical store I have been to. The people were very knowledgeable and even offered to order from a 3rd party if they didn't have the circuit I needed , because it was discontinued item(they did have it). The men who work there have hearts of gold and will try their best to help you get the job done. This is the spot for electrical needs in St. francous County.
