Have used this company numerous times, carpet cleaning, chimney and fireplace and ductwork, they do a great job, always on time, very informative, explain everything they do, cordial hard workers, would DEFINATELY recommend, will continue to use!!!

I bought an expensive gas fire place from several years ago from Best Clean and it failed to light back in September so I called to get someone to service it before winter. I was told there was a 6 week wait so I said...put me on the list. As of today, December 12, they still can,t get to me...so I called someone else and I'm so glad I did. I regret buying anything from this company. I do not recommend....very poor and RUDE customer service. They will put you off and act offended if you ask about it. I don't need that kind of stress in my life.

We had Austin as our tech today, he was very quick but also very thorough. Austin was also personable which is nice while being home with kids, it was as if we had known him for years. 100% recommend & will be using services in the future!
