The spa and services at the hotel are truly top notch. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is in a charming downtown area of town with lots of shopping and restaurants. A lot of them seem to be open for part of the week, so be mindful of that.
My only real complaint during our time here were the beds. They're old and uncomfortable. The sheets are thin and plastic-y. We found sleeping in the provided bath robes without sheets on the bed worked better than anything else.

Just got back from spending the weekend there and…WOW! I had the time of my life! From the drive in, to the pool are, the restaurants, the spa 10/10! The staff is very friendly and always attentive. I love that you are able to order food pool side. I can go on and on. I will definitely be coming back
Beautiful historical hotel located in the heart of Excelsior Springs. Pricy but work every penny ! Nice people ,friendly staff,clean rooms and comfortable beds. The pool outside was nice !!!
