If I could give him a zero star I would he was recommended to us for our hvac and he came told him it was going to be through warranty possibility he took a look at our system and we never heard back from him after that. Very disappointed.

After I purchased my house, I decided to upgrade the heating and cooling system. I contacted Cross Heating & Cooling LLC through Facebook to ask about a quote. After a walkthrough of my house and providing my thoughts, I was provided a few quotes with different options. I ultimately chose the system that was cost friendly and provided the best performance for my living space. I could not be happier. Mr. Cross and his team were very professional, neat, and he always answered any questions I may have had.
