After I purchased my house, I decided to upgrade the heating and cooling system. I contacted Cross Heating & Cooling LLC through Facebook to ask about a quote. After a walkthrough of my house and providing my thoughts, I was provided a few quotes with different options. I ultimately chose the system that was cost friendly and provided the best performance for my living space. I could not be happier. Mr. Cross and his team were very professional, neat, and he always answered any questions I may have had. Mr. Cross also followed up with me after installation to see if I had any additional questions and to ensure I was satisfied with my new system. He will definitely continue to receive my business!

Quick service, great pricing, very professional!

I was a big supporter of Cross Heating and Cooling until today. I called the owner 3 weeks ago to set up a Saturday emergency call, we were not going to be at the property before then due to being on vacation and explained this to him. He then said "that is fine call me before the weekend that you will be there." I tried to call Mr. Cross 3 times since starting the Thursday up until the Saturday. I never recieved anything back from him. This is the 2nd time he has done this to me. I am saddened and disappointed in the business owner to just not even call back when my husband and I were such supporters in the beginning of his business. No longer the case!
