I am very disappointed with the information I was given when I changed my Palm Beach Tan membership.
I was told that I would still have unlimited Level 1 tanning and receive one upgrade per month to a higher-level tan, and that nothing else would really change. I later found out this was not accurate, and because of that misinformation, I am not able to go back to my old plan.
I understand mistakes happen, but this was a major miscommunication that affected my membership and how I was able to use the services.

We have been coming to the PBT location in Eureka,Mo for several years. Your employee, Elayna, has been an excellent to work with. She is on top of all my needs and helps me purchase the correct lotions for what I want to do. She is also very informative on how each of your beds work. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is definitely a great asset to your company.

I went in not really knowing what to do. Abby S. was so friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me all the options and answered my questions until I decided which method was best for my skin tone and schedule. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and valued!
