They took care of our Lab for heartworms. Were very thorough and provided excellent care and compassion to our pet! Vet and staff communicated all of our to-do's in detail and were very friendly. Highly recommend.
With every visit the staff at Elsberry Animal Hospital has treated my pets as though they are the most amazing animal in the world. It's obvious these people genuinely love each and every one of them. As a client, I am always clearly informed of all options and prices before any treatment is performed. Dr. Rhodes works very hard to make sure all treatments are within my budget as well as in the best interest of my pets. There has never been a time where I was made to feel guilty about care I couldn't afford or never any surprises at the check out. He always makes sure I know the cost before any work is done.
I haven't even taken an animal here yet but I definitely will in the future. I called with questions about my dog's illness and Carla was so knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Looking forward to working with them!
