“I went to Nuovo Salon & Spa for the first time today and had an incredible experience. Natalya did my facial with dermaplaning and a manicure, and she was amazing. She took the time to do a full skin analysis and made thoughtful, detailed recommendations for products and services that would benefit my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing—she included an amazing facial massage along with hand, arm, and shoulder massage. My skin was absolutely glowing afterward, and I left feeling completely relaxed and cared for.

When I got my confirmation , I realized I had booked the wrong service, but the staff couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating—they made the changes with ease and were so patient. Everyone at the salon was friendly, professional, and welcoming.

I do wish they had a hot tub or steam room not just a sauna and also wish the quiet room was actually quiet. There were many very loud groups in the room and it didn't allow for the relaxation I was looking for.“
