I used the online app to schedule my appointment. It showed that I could go in 15 minutes. I scheduled it, went, got my haircut and was back home in 20 minutes. The online app is great.
Switched to this Great Clips at Clarkson and Clayton a couple years ago and been returning there ever since. All the stylists are always very friendly. With the online sign-in, I can always get a great haircut very quickly.
It seems to me like their employees are independently wealthy because they refused to open the door at 10 o'clock even though the door hours say 9 I doubt it was a staffing issue because somebody was already in there getting their haircut while the other one checked her phone and stared at me and ignored me. It's truly a shame because I tend to tip 50% during these hard times.
