    Edit 2023: I adjusted the bands on my night guard and found that I had them too tight and that was causing some of the pain. Now that the bands are at a good setting, things are definitely better than they were before Dr. Frith's treatment.Dr. Frith and his staff are very friendly and competent. I went to see them because I had repeatedly tried night guards from different dentists to help with my jaw pain (TMD), and they had always made the pain worse. I was dealing with constant jaw pain, ear pain, and headaches and I was concerned about the effect that my nighttime clenching was having on the future structure and stability of my teeth.
