Katelyn was on time and very helpful. She was pleasant and performed the tasks we needed done. She helped us rearrange our furniture to accommodate our ability to move around the living room better. Katelyn was observant, respectful, and capable. While her personal characteristics were a plus, we think that she was well trained on how to work with senior citizens.
Amanda was a godsend! My father recently had to be transported by ambulance to the emergency room. He is 97 and was in great health prior to this. The hospital treated him and inserted a catheter that needs to stay in. Unable to get out of bed and have his regular routine I was lost as to where to start. Amanda came to the rescue and did a quick in-house evaluation and set everything up. With her direction a care giver had been set up within a couple days and my father is able to be sponge bathed and hopefully be dressed soon. They are able to help him if he falls and monitors are also set up to evaluate any falls and collect information for additional medical care. I...read full review
