My Dog slipped through his collar in their parking lot and bolted...fast today the ladies in the office helped me to try and catch him in the field next to them with no luck, they were patient every time I came in throughout the day to look for him, animal control in late afternoon got a call about him and brought him over to the hospital, they contacted me that they found him, these ladies were beyond professional you can tell they care about the animals....
THANK YOU ladies I will never forget the way they took care of my Dog.

We took our 3 young kittens there in June have been back once a month. Very nice ladies in the front and the doctors and nurse helpers also very good at there job. Dr. Kathy is our main Dr. She tells us this and that and when we need to come back. Prices is reasonable.3 kittens and I on s.s. it hurts but we luv these kittens and the people at the Lake Pet hospital in Eldon Mo. The staff says the Simpsons are in the house when we come in wothe the 3 kittens. We named female Rosie and the boys Rusty and Red.

Great ER experience, they were flexible on time once I called & secured a same day spot. When I got there I was in and out quickly and all staff was very helpful. I felt that they listened to me in regards to knowing my pets needs and my concerns. The vet was quick but thorough and did not push unnecessary treatments or make me feel as though we needed to do more than necessary or what I was comfortable with. I felt he was practical and wanted to help my dog recover as quickly as possible. They were upfront with cost and made sure i knew all costs upfront and would not move forward with treatment without my consent.
