I was sent to Lake Pet Hospital when my own vet was completely booked and couldn’t see one of my cats. It was an emergency situation. I didn’t know anything about Lake Pet Hospital. Marmalade who is an outdoor cat had gone missing. I searched for him for 3 days and found him in a very bad way not that far from home. Lake Pet Hospital was extremely friendly, supportive and kind. Dr. Kristen came to speak with me and explained all possible outcomes and procedures. She was so kind to me and understanding. I have used Lake Pet for years and will always recommend them. The staff are so sweet and compassionate, and my animals are ALWAYS safe with them. We also utilize their boarding while we go out of town, and I'm always comfortable leaving them in the care of Lake Pet.
Having multiple doctors to choose from helps me give custom care to my large crew. Each of my pets has their own special needs and quirks and I like being able to chose which Dr suits them best.
